Shocks, struts, ball joints, control arms, sway bar links. Ontario roads are hard on all of them. We put it on the hoist, show you what's actually worn, and quote before we start.
Quoted before we touch anything
Suspension pricing swings a lot by vehicle and by which parts are actually worn. We diagnose first, you approve a firm number before work starts.
- Clunking
- Knocks over bumps usually mean ball joints, links or bushings.
- Rough ride
- Every pothole hits harder. Shocks or struts are giving up.
- Uneven tire wear
- Worn suspension eats tires. Cheaper to fix the cause.
- Nose-diving
- Front drops hard when braking. Worn front struts.
- Wandering
- Constant small corrections to stay straight. Worth a look now.
- 1On the hoist, checked end to endWe test each joint and mount, not just the noisy corner.
- 2You see what's wornWe show you the play in the joint, then the firm quote.
- 3Only the work you needA tired bushing that can wait gets named, not billed.

Is it safe to drive on worn suspension?
Depends what's worn. A failing ball joint is a now problem; a tired shock is a soon problem. We tell you which one you have.
Do shocks and struts come in pairs?
Usually yes, per axle, so the car stays balanced. If yours is an exception, we say so.
Why are my tires wearing unevenly?
Often worn suspension parts changing the geometry. Fix the cause first or the new tires wear the same way.
How long does the work take?
Most jobs are same-day once you approve the quote. We confirm timing when we book you in.
