Privacy policy

What we collect. When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, vehicle details and what you told us about the problem — the information we need to call you back and book the work. Nothing else.

How we use it. To confirm and manage your appointment, keep your vehicle's service history, and contact you about work you've asked for. We may remind you about upcoming service you've discussed with us.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Service records. We keep maintenance and repair records for your vehicle — they're what keeps your manufacturer warranty documented. You can request a copy of your records any time.
