Nav owns the shop and you'll usually find him in it. Happy runs the front of house, and the receptionist handles the calls and bookings. Customers drive in from Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener and along the 401 corridor — daily drivers, work trucks, and the occasional Lamborghini on the hoist.
